Training / Camps



During autumn, we typically will meet up on Sundays to get ready for the onsnow season.

On snow training starts as soon as the mountain opens, typically the 1st weekend of December. Training takes place on Saturday and Sundays and starts at 8h30 and goes until 3pm with a short lunch to refuel.

Intensive camps also take place during the X-mas break and the spring school break for American and Canadian athletes.



In addition to the schedule training, camps are available to further develop the interested athletes, they include:

Fall camp:
We have now run the fall camp successfully for many years and it is a great success for U12 and older athletes, it allows for early season fundamental work and builds cohesion between teammates. The camp usually takes place the weekend prior to American Thanksgiving

Friday training:
These weekly sessions take place on Friday afternoon starting first Friday after the Xmas camp and go on until mid-March. They are held from 1pm until 4pm.

GS camp
Focus on GS specific training, this camp takes place over 3 days at the end of January.
